Classification metrics

Classification metrics evaluate the decision-making capacity of recommender systems. They are a good choice for tasks such as identifying relevant or irrelevant products to the user. For decision support metrics the exact rating is ignored, while for ranking-based metrics it has an implicit influence through ranking.
